1. Who we are
The Fatalibuilders Construction App ("the App") is operated by Fatali Builders ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.
2. What the App provides
The App produces estimates — material quantities, cost figures, labour and time plans, and (in later releases) drawings and reports — from the project data you enter, using recognized design-code conventions. These are planning and budgeting aids only.
3. Estimates are not professional advice
Outputs are indicative and depend on the accuracy of the data you enter. They are not a tender, a fixed quotation, or a substitute for professional engineering, quantity-surveying, or architectural services. Structural and geotechnical outputs are preliminary and must be reviewed and approved by a licensed engineer before any construction use. You are responsible for verifying all figures against detailed drawings, site conditions, and current market prices before relying on them.
4. Your account
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
5. Payment & access
Lifetime access is a one-time payment of USD 30 (or local-currency equivalent), processed by our payment provider. "Lifetime" means for as long as the App is operated by us; we do not guarantee the App will be available indefinitely.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt to break its security, resell access, or use it unlawfully.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fatali Builders is not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from reliance on the App's estimates or from construction decisions made using them. The App is provided "as is".
